Registration and payment information

Early registration and pre-payment: October 15 – November 1, 2024

Early registration and pre-payment prices:
$83 – Professionals (including faculty, practitioners, supervisors, trainers or retirees)
$30 – Trainees (including students, interns and postdoctoral)

Registration price from November 2 – 8, 2024:
$110 – Professionals (including faculty, practitioners, supervisors, trainers or retirees)
$40 – Trainees (including students, interns and postdoctoral)

Payment submission - mail check or money order, for pre-registration only, by November 1, 2024, via USPS, to the mailing address provided below. No pre-payments after November 1, 2024. Checks, cash, or money orders will be accepted in-person the day of the conference.
