Access ASU at Arizona State University is excited to host Barrett Summer Scholars for rising 8th, 9th, and 10th grade gifted and academically-motivated students. The Barrett Summer Scholars program provides participants with exposure to university-level academics, a residential life experience and community building with other bright students who share in their interests and abilities. This program is designed to build student capacity for enrollment and success at Arizona State University and Barrett, the Honors College.

The Barrett Summer Scholars team is looking to our school staff and community to nominate rising 8th, 9th and 10th grade students to apply to the 2019 program. If you know a student who would thrive at Barrett Summer Scholars, please nominate* them to apply using the form below. 

Barrett Summer Scholars (BSS) is a summer program that provides students with the opportunity to experience college firsthand and prepare for enrollment and success at Arizona State University and Barrett, the Honors College. The program is designed for academically-talented and motivated students. Our residential program invites students to live on campus, engage in college-level coursework, and participate in a community of peers from across the state.
