Filming request for the Memorial Union and Student Pavilion

The Memorial Union and Student Pavilion understands student films sometimes require the use of our facilities for filming. The Memorial Union and Student Pavilion grants permission to use our facilities for filming purposes based on the appropriateness of the activities in the script and location availability and accessibility.

Please note that meeting rooms for filming must be reserved by a student organization or college/department. Dining facilities located in the Memorial Union may require additional approvals from ASU Dining Services (Aramark).
