Window Painting Request for the Memorial Union

ASU allows for window painting to occur on the Memorial Union North Plaza windows for specific campus-wide initiatives related to ASU Spirit, Pride and Tradition. Requests can be made by ASU Staff and specific para-professional affiliated student organizations. Reservations and approvals will be provided through Event and Meeting Services and the Director of the Memorial Union/Student Pavilion.

Description of window painting

How many windows requested - we have two sets of windows that can be painted. For larger designs we have 6 large window panels, for smaller designs we have 3 window panels.

Note: A cleaning fee will be assessed for all window painting requests ($100 - $200)
Please submit requests for window painting at least 2 weeks in advance.
