As per HB 2178, you can designate the student organizations or clubs you do not wish to fund through your tuition and fees. Spring submissions must be submitted by 11:59 p.m., January 18th, 2025.

  1. Not all student organizations have registered at this time. New organizations may register after this form has closed. Therefore, the options presented in this form may not encompass the entirety of available choices.
  2. When submitting names of organizations, please make sure that you submit the name of the organization EXACTLY as it appears in Sun Devil Sync. We recommend that you copy and paste the organization name from Sun Devil Sync to ensure exact accuracy.  Failure to do so may result in an invalid submission.
  3. Fee allocation preferences are available to be submitted once each semester, by the published date. You will need to submit your preferences for each subsequent semester. Once the form for the current semester is submitted, you cannot change your preferences.  Please review your selections carefully before submission.
  4. This form is optional. Please understand that you are not required to make a selection in this form.Your decision to participate or abstain will not impact your rights or privileges within the institution.
  5. The student fee money is distributed in accordance with the appropriation process governed by Undergraduate Student Government and Graduate Student Government. The student program fee is unrelated to tuition and other fees billed by ASU.
  6. The restricting of your student fee does not prevent a student organization from receiving funds from other students who have not restricted their student fee dollars.
  7. Individual selections of each student do not reflect the views of Arizona State University.
