University Boards and Committees Application Form

The Associated Students of Arizona State University are currently looking for students to serve on University Boards and Committees for the academic year. You can view a full list of the boards and committees here.

All applicants must complete this application, attach a resume (or CV), and provide their unofficial ASU transcripts in order for the application to be reviewed. All applications are reviewed on an on-going basis until the positions are filled. If you have any questions please contact Jen O'Brien (jen.obrien@asu.edu).
